Do you bring all your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
You don’t need to provide anything. I provide everything needed for the cleaning, including professional cleaning products, a vacuum, mops, microfiber towels, and other necessary equipment.
I have different types of vacuums, mops, and professional cleaning products for all types of surfaces. The right products and equipment are selected specifically for your home and its materials.
Do you work alone or do you have a team?
I currently work independently, so you’ll always have the same person taking care of your home. I personally handle every cleaning, with no assistants or additional team members.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You’re welcome to stay home during the cleaning or leave and let me work while you’re away whatever is most convenient for you. For safety, pets are best kept in a separate room or outside during the cleaning. The same applies to children, especially while cleaning products and equipment are being used.
What types of cleaning do you NOT provide?
I currently do not offer extreme clutter or severely neglected home cleanings, after-party cleaning, carpet cleaning or carpet shampooing, or mold removal/remediation.
