Before Your Appointment
Please provide accurate information about your home and the services you’d like to book. Photos may be requested to provide an accurate estimate.

Services Provided
The following services are available:
• Maintenance Cleaning
Regular cleaning designed to keep the home clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
• Deep Cleaning
Detailed cleaning for homes that need extra attention and a more thorough level of cleaning.
• Window Cleaning
Professional cleaning of accessible windows to leave the glass clean and clear.
• Move-In Cleaning
Detailed cleaning to prepare a home for move-in.
• Move-Out Cleaning
Detailed cleaning to prepare a home for move-out.
• Packing & Unpacking Assistance
Hands-on assistance with packing and unpacking belongings.
• Organizing Services
Practical organizing assistance for closets, kitchens, and storage areas.

Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
• For Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, and Move-Out Cleaning all standard cleaning supplies, products, tools, and equipment needed to complete the service are provided and included in the service rate.
Clients do not need to provide cleaning products or equipment unless a specific product or method is requested.
• Packing & Unpacking Assistance
Packing and unpacking services include labor only.
All moving boxes, containers, packing paper, bubble wrap, tape, specialty boxes, and other packing materials must be purchased and provided by the client.
Recommendations for appropriate packing materials and where to purchase them can be provided upon request.
• Organizing Services
Organizing services include labor only.
Storage bins, containers, baskets, hangers, drawer organizers, shelving, and other organizational products must be purchased and provided by the client.
Recommendations for suitable products and where to purchase them can be provided based on the space and organizing needs.

What Services Include
Services are provided according to the selected service and the condition of the home at the time of the appointment.
• Cleaning services may include:
Dusting and surface cleaning
Vacuuming and mopping
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Light straightening and tidying
Cleaning of accessible areas
Additional services such as inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, interior windows, inside cabinets, laundry, and linen changes may be available as add-ons.
• Organizing Services include simple, practical organizing of closets, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Packing & Unpacking Assistance includes hands-on packing or unpacking and arranging belongings. Moving boxes and packing materials are purchased separately by the client.

What Is Not Included
The following services are currently not offered:
Heavy decluttering or large-scale organizing
Hoarding cleanup
Mold remediation or mold removal
Biohazard cleanup
Hazardous waste removal
Active pest infestations, including cockroaches, rodents, bed bugs, and other pests
Garage organizing
Kids’ room organizing
High or difficult-to-access exterior windows
Work requiring specialized equipment or conditions outside the normal service scope

Home Condition & Service Scope
Accurate photos or information about the home are appreciated when requesting a quote.
Service times and estimates are based on the condition and scope described before booking. If the condition of the home is significantly different upon arrival, additional time may be required.
Any significant change in the scope of work, estimated time, or pricing will always be discussed before additional work is performed.
If the condition of the home presents circumstances outside the service scope, the appointment may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or declined.

Access to the Home
The home must be reasonably accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
Please provide any necessary building, parking, gate, or entry instructions before the appointment.

Payment
A service quote is provided based on the photos and information submitted before booking. The quoted price is an estimated price based on the expected condition and scope of the service.
Payment is due on the day of the scheduled service, upon completion.
If the actual condition of the space or the scope of work is significantly different from what was shown or described when the quote was provided, additional time or charges may apply. Any changes to the estimated price will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, cash, and other available payment options.

Pets
For safety during cleaning services, pets should be kept in a separate room or outside for the duration of the service.
This helps provide a safe and comfortable environment while allowing the cleaning service to be completed efficiently.

Additional Requests
Additional tasks that are not part of the selected service may be added when time allows and may require additional charges.
Requests that require significantly more time or materials will be discussed before proceeding.
